SLV Earth Movers, Inc. was established by James Willschau in 1994.  Today we are a growing company with 15 full time employees.  We are a member of NFIB and are fully bondable.

We take safety seriously and our safety rating is proof of that.  Our  safety rating is a positive reflection on the focus and attention we place on safety.  This focus on safety makes for a better work environment for our employees,  providing a safer and healthier place to work.   It is also of benefit to our customers with a safer work site and a lower construction costs.

SLV Earth Movers, Inc. is committed to providing a work environment that allows employees to thrive and succeed.  The commitment we have to our employees allows us to hire and retain excellent individuals that represent the values that we hold strong.  Our employees average 20 years of construction experience.  Their  professional manner, integrity, and experience is recognized and appreciated by our clients and customers.  All field personnel are MSHA and OSHA certified.  They are also trained in First Aid and CPR.

Safety

We take safety seriously and our safety rating is proof of that.  Our  safety rating of 1.22 by Pinnacle Insurance is a positive reflection on the focus and attention we place on safety. 

This focus on safety makes for a better work environment for our employees and provides a safer and healthier place to work.   All field employees are MSHA (Mine Safety and Health Administration) and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration).  They are also trained in First Aid and CPR.  All employees benefit from a drug free environment.

The attention we give to safety is also beneficial to our customers.  Safer work sites are a result of our commitment to safety.  Customers see this attention to safety translate to a reduced bottom line and our ability to offer lower construction costs.

Equipment

It is important to have the right tools for the job.  At SLV Earth Movers, Inc. we offer a full range of earth moving and pipeline equipment necessary for any job.  Our state of the art machinery is equipped with GPS control systems.  The GPS control system allows machinery operators more accurate and precise earthmoving operations.
