James L. Willschau
President/CEO
Jim has over 29 years of construction
experience. He started SLV Earth Movers, Inc. in 1994.
Jim oversees the company's management and administrative
operations and is responsible for the company's strategic
planning. He supervises the project manager team and keeps
a close eye on project progress. Jim also owns and
operates J&K Limestone and Rocky Mountain Rock. These
companies supply aggregate material.

Douglas L. Brandt
Project manager and Estimator
Doug is our senior Project Manager and Project
Estimator. He joined SLV Earth Movers, Inc. in 1995.
He has been managing projects and estimating for 8 years.
Doug is also experienced in the field as a foreman,
superintendent, and equipment operator. We are pleased to
offer his over 20 years of experience in the construction
industry to our customers.
